Brett Bair, a 38-year-old man from York, is accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting his girlfriends 13-year-old daughter in Lancaster Township. Charged with aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, endangering children, and corruption of minors, among others, Bair allegedly assaulted the girl one to two times a week, sneaking into her bedroom at night.
