One of you suggested I cover this topic and I thought it was such a good idea with spring break season being right now and getting into the spring and summer. I recorded this before COVID-19 had escalated to this extent, so I understand that many travel plans have been cancelled or postponed. That being said, I share my advice on how to stay on track with your healthy living lifestyle while traveling and especially being on vacation.
