I'm in the mood to chit chat and catch up! I relate how recently I've been feeling how hard it can be to make friends as an adult, especially living somewhere new. So today we're hanging out as friends :) I give my limited advice on making new friends because I struggle with it as well. I also talk about how it can be especially hard being such a social extroverted person. I touch on my therapy journey so far and how ultimately I find it to be so helpful and very eye opening. I chat about keeping your joy as you move through different seasons in life and staying positive despite what you've been through.
