Show Notes

In this episode I sat down with SoulCycle instructor Maddy to hear about how she does it all! I've been so excited for this episode and I know you guys have been too. Maddy tells us about her journey to become a SoulCycle instructor, her motivations, and her favorite and least favorite parts of the job. She also gets real with us on what she eats day to day to fuel herself, how she recovers and deals with being sore, and what her favorite leggings and spin shoes are to ride in. Maddy is a huge personal inspiration for me on and off the bike, as well as an inspiration for the Boston community. I always describe her a blonde little energizer bunny on a bike and you really can't understand how incredible her classes are until you go to one. We discuss most of your questions and I can't wait to hear what y'all think!
