I'm finally dedicating an entire episode to my journey of finding independence. It may sound odd to those of you who are naturally independent, but for me it was something I really had to work on. I explain my rude awakening of realizing it was a big issue that I couldn't be alone and how I went from there. It started with really reflecting on myself and trying to face my fears. I also explain how I started to build my relationship with myself and enjoy my own company. If you struggle with independence know that you're not alone and you can work on it just like I did :)
