If we could just get our work done, THEN we could take a break.
THEN we could get something done.
THEN I can breathe and maybe even enjoy my kids.
But you don't get your work done. You don't breathe and you're not enjoying your kids or your relationships as much as you'd like.
If your current line of thinking, which sounds a lot like this before that, isn't working for you, then today's episode is going to invite you into a different way of thinking about what needs to come first.

I'm also going to give you some good questions to ask yourself, and even ask your kids if you're feeling brave, to faciliate a conversation about how you want to do things differently as a family to make things more connective, more enjoyable, and maybe even a little fun.
I'm also going to give you a few ways to think about the upcoming holidays in a similar fashion, so you can think ahead, make a great plan, and build in time for rest, connection, and fun this year!
