In this episode, we talk about what our family caregiving situation looked and felt like from her perspective as a teenager and young adult (I shed just a few tears...). We also talk about college, self-care, and we each take turns sharing our '21 for 2021' lists....essentially what we are planning to do to have more FUN in 2021!
