Show Notes
Before tar roads, electricity, railroads, modern heating and cooling, our first Origin Story, "The Spirit of the People", is a story about one of America's first mills in Trion, Georgia. From the original land lotteries, through the Civil War, and thriving today, this story covers one man's idea of spinning and weaving cotton in a small stone and wood factory in the south.
