Over the weekend, U.S. forces popped the Chinese balloon that was hovering about 60,000 feet above the country once it passed over the East Coast. What are the ramifications now? Lakes Mead and Powell are unlikely to refill in our lifetime, so with the drought starving the West Coast for water, how can we better conserve? Well, we should start taking notes from Las Vegas.
