When you are looking for motivation, looking for positive role models - look around you and ask yourself who are you hanging out with.
Who you surround yourself with can be those that motivate you and show you how to level up, move your career in the right direction, and help you stay on track. Hang with those that complain and do nothing - you might find that you do nothing as well.
