Funny enough as I think about it…it’s a new term to an old concept. I personally think it hurts you more then anyone else. Ways to get yourself out of that?
1. Get that resume together!
2. Apply for jobs and see what’s out there!
3. Develop yourself - those skills will always go where you go…
