Show Notes

Welcome to the Habit Stacking Mom Show.

Do you struggle to communicate with your spouse?  Does it always seem to end up with one person angry and the other one defensive?  Do you wish that you had a better way to talk to eachother?

In this episode I'm going to give you one simple habit that you can add to your daily routine that will, if applied, change everything for you.   The only thing standing between you and better communication, is your willingness to identify your needs first.

Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to find realistic ways to restack the habits you can control so you can get a grip on your marriage.  Are you ready to stop letting arguments end in anger!

Let’s clear those mental roadblocks so that you can work together to chase those little ones through every room in the house to win the day.

We're going to re-align with your old self and find your passion for life again OUTSIDE of motherhood!

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone.

I know you're ready to put those babies to bed....

It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.
