Do you find yourself in routine burnout?  Do you feel like overwhelm is starting to creep in?

In this episode we are going to talk about what I believe is the number one thing a SAHM should do when she starts to feel burnout in her routines.  Since we can't step out of our life whenever we feel like it, we have to actively create pause in our routines so that we can recover.

Ultimately, I am going to challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone in order to find the middle between balance and overwhelm.  It's time to put your needs first so that you have the stamina you need to finish the race.
