James Fletcher is a super rad guy. He has done a lot in his time as a Physio / Exercise Physiologist that has moved into the space of the breath. His motto is 'Bringing Science to the Breath' and he works with people that are suffering from illness to guys like big wave surfer Kai Lenny.
This was a really interesting podcast that we had to split into two parts. Somewhere around two hours in we got side tracked away from the breath side of things, so we made that it's own podcast (1.2). We got Fletch back in the studio to finish covering the breathing ground we missed.
