Interview with writer and researcher, Frank Morales. We discuss the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, signed by President George W. Bush on October 17, 2006, which allows the President to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in America, without state or local consent, in order to "suppress public disorder". Also discussed are the actions of FEMA in reponse to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, and the deliberate dispersal of much of the population.
