So, what is the key to success for real estate agents? Well, first of all, you have to have patience! On our leveling up journeys we are going to run into a ton of tasks, projects, and goals that just seem like they are taking way longer than we initially anticipated before we started. But the key is not to give up or be discouraged, but to remain focused on the vision that you have so that you can stay 'in the game', invested, and prepared for anything that comes your way. You know the old saying, "hope for the best, but plan for the worst," and it couldn't ring more true for real estate agents and entrepreneurs alike! Staying prepared for the worst is one of the most important things that we as realtors absolutely NEED to be doing and can not neglect. So while there is no such thing as a single key to success for real estate agents, instead think of it more as an entire keyring of different things you need to be focusing on inside your real estate business that will inevitably lead you to the success you are looking for.
