Here are things no one told you about running an SEO agency. 1) You get lumped in with scammers (because most SEO agencies and consultants are scammers). 2) You will do a lot of educating. 3) Everyone wants to "pick your brain." 4) It can be pretty expensive to get started 5) Clients get mad after algorithm updates. 6) You need to be good at sales, or hire salesmen.
