I recently took part in a job fair at a local school for 3rd-6th graders. It made me start to think about when I was that age how big did I dream? When did I stop dreaming that big? When did I allow outside influences or nay-sayers squash my big vision?
In this weeks Moment of Growth I share my perspective on that. I also share some of the big hopes and dreams of some of the amazing children I met.
