In this week's episode Cath is joined by artist and illustrator Azalia Suhaimi. Azalia shares her motherhood journey and how perfectionism, anxiety and trying to get everything right led her to burnout. Azalia reflects on the importance of letting go and getting help. The generous storytelling will help you feel less alone and that no matter what issues you are experiencing in motherhood, there is a way through.
Azalia writes and illustrates artworks about motherhood. She has a strong passion for all things art, and is a sensitive soul who loves sharing stories through various mediums. This includes her illustrations, poems, and short films, among other things.
Azalia is a storyteller and shares her creations on social media, hoping to touch the hearts of fellow mothers and reminding them that they’re not alone in the challenging journey of motherhood.
