In this psychoeducational episode Cath talks about trauma, what it is, the way it has been conceptualised and changed over time. And why it is important to understand.
She also provides some historical background and explains how and why we have learnt so much in the last 30 years. Cath also offers some useful definitions of trauma and concepts to help you understand your own history and explains trauma responses. She talks about the ACE's study and the important role this played in advancing our knowledge.
