In this episode, I’m focusing solely on how to cope with the fear of being judged, something I’m sure we've all struggled with at some point. It's a biggie, but don't worry, I’ve got some killer strategies to tackle it head-on.
First up, I look at coping with that judgment fear. It's all about staying laser-focused on your goals, embracing those inevitable mistakes as learning opportunities, and actively seeking feedback. Building confidence and keeping your creative juices flowing, even when you're worried about what others might think, are key.
Then, I move on to resilience and handling criticism. Resilience is your secret weapon. Criticism often hides golden opportunities, so we’ll dig into finding those hidden gems. We’ll also touch on finding personal joy in your work, showing empathy in business, and finding the courage to keep going.
So, get comfy and see if there’s any nuggets here for you to try the next time you feel as though you are about to have a confidence wobble!
