Transhumanism has scored with the announcement of the first person receiving a brain chip implant connected to Elon Musk's Neuralink, The cranial device is now called, Telepathy, and Musk is hoping it will be a breakthrough in helping people with disabilities. He said, "It will enable control of your phone or computer and through them, almost any device by just thinking." Similarly, Dr. Jose Delgado performed experiments with electrodes in the brain of a bull while using a remote control in the 1960s. He believed we needed to "work toward a psychocivilized society" through "synthetic telepathy."  While this technology may be beneficial to some, it could be a controlling mechanism for many.
