Snake Eyes, a film starring Nicholas Cage, was released in 1998, but the creep factor is how the film is eerily about a political figure named Charles Kirkland, who gets shot in the neck by a sniper during a public event.
Watching this movie after Charlie Kirk’s death is a mind-boggling experience. The parallels and “coincidences” between Kirk and Snake Eyes are so striking that it makes you wonder if we are witnessing a glimpse into retro causality and the integration of a script with simulated reality.
The line between the real world and the simulacrum becomes indistinguishable, and the ignorant dismiss it as a conspiracy theory.
