In this episode, Evan and Austin discuss the newest rimfire product from Griffin Armament: the Checkmate-HD™ suppressor. Due to the popularity of the Checkmate-QD legacy suppressor, the Checkmate-HD™ is a 5.7x28 pistol rated rimfire suppressor that utilizes Griffin's patented ECO-FLOW™ baffle technology, as well as a newly developed CARBON-GARD™ baffle technology - the subject of a pending patent.
The Checkmate-HD™ suppressor is lightweight, affordable, and has market-leading sound performance. Additionally, Griffin's CARBON-GARD™ technology seals the entire baffle core with high temperature silicone o-rings, making this the most user-maintenance friendly rimfire suppressor on the market. After 2,000 rounds are fired, the inside diameter of the tube and outside diameter of the core are still spotlessly clean, allowing ease of disassembly without the use of specialized tools.
