Listeners are encouraged to covenant with themselves and with other listeners for self care with the following ways: 1) Be Gentle with Yourself ; 2) Honor Your own unique Grief journey; 3)Listen Within for the spiritual guidance and consolation along your own unique grief journey. This podcast affirms and supports that we each have a right to grieve. Grief is natural response to loss.
