Show Notes
"No matter how bad the tragedy, there are things that person left behind that can still put a smile on your face."
Today, I'm joined by Robert Foster, one of the most positive and inspiring people I know. Robert is a sought-after Motivational Speaker and hosts "Shut Up And GRIND," a podcast that spreads motivation and positive thinking on entrepreneurship, business, self-development, and fitness. He also owns RBF Fitness and is passionate about helping people take uncomfortable actions and doing the things that bring them joy.
In this episode, you'll hear about how Robert dealt with losing his father, a widely loved and respected man by his family and community.
