One of the best ways to heal from grief is to express your emotions. Expressing what you feel gets it out of the body, leaving you with clarity and better health.


In this episode, I am joined by Dr. Valerie Simonson, president of the nonprofit YOU KNOW MORE. She has over 40 years of experience in the medical service, with 26 years as a licensed naturopathic physician.  A Montana native and a global citizen,  she has distinguished herself as an international expert in integrative functional wellness, integrative medicine, disaster relief through natural medicine, & ecological medicine to reconcile the care & health of ecosystems, populations, communities, & individuals.


Throughout this episode, Dr. Valerie shares why self-care is important and some of the ways to practice it. She also shares the importance of expressing our feelings while going through grief. Additionally, Dr. Valerie explains how the body reacts to our emotions.
