Show Notes

Growing pains are a necessary part of personal growth. When we experience periods of struggles and sadness, just remember that they are the catalyst for that next-best version of ourselves.

In this twenty seventh episode together, I am joined by the amazing Kubra Ozguvenc, aka the “Happiness Alchemist”, all the way from Belgium. Kubra is a coach, author, and international speaker who is on a mission to inspire and encourage other women to live a life up to their potential. She is also a scientist and shares her ways to combine science and spirituality to shift one's reality with ease & joy. Kubra has started the Be Boldly You Movement to support more women so they can show up unapologetically and boldly in life, love, and business.

Throughout this episode,  Kubra and I have a wonderful conversation about her understanding of emotions- specifically how sadness and happiness teach us about our potential. Kubra shares her thoughts on the impacts that the COVID pandemic had on our emotions, why our emotions are a golden compass for our potential, what the purpose of struggles are, and so much more.

Tune in and listen to the twenty-seventh episode of Grief and Happiness, and join me in learning from the “Happiness Alchemist”, Kubra!
