Show Notes
Most children view conversations around death as intimidating and scary. That is why it is important for adults to approach this important topic with caution. We need to avail a safer and less intimidating avenue for kids to use while going through grief and healing.
In this episode together, I am joined by Sherrie Barch, CEO of two Forbes' ranked top executive search firms and a leadership consulting company. She's an expert in the areas of leadership, team development, and diversity. Her forward-thinking approach to work was recognized when she was chosen to participate in the 'aItMBA" program designed and led by leadership guru Seth Godin. She is very passionate about storytelling and using it to create room for heavy conversations.
Throughout this episode, Sherrie and I talk about what inspired her to write her book Heaven’s Bell. She also explains how her book has impacted families going through grief. Additionally, she shares with us the inspiration behind her journal book as well as what we can expect from her in the near future.
