Show Notes
When going through grief, it is important, when you can, to practice gratitude.
In this episode, I am joined by the inspiring Brooke Brown – a Mother, writer, retired clinical psychologist, founder, and retired executive director of a Maui nonprofit to serve grieving children and teens and currently studying evidential mediumship. She is also the author of the book, ‘Emalia: A Mother-Daughter Journey from Here to Beyond.’ A book detailing the courageous journey of Emalia, her 41-year-old daughter.
Throughout this episode, Brook shares how two books helped her while grieving for her daughter. She also shares the importance of getting into a positive space even during a difficult period. Additionally, you'll learn about the impact of not processing emotions and the different ways in which we can do it.
