We don't like to talk about our mistakes. Mistakes are ugly. Mistakes are shameful. Mistakes are the worst parts of us– and when we do admit our mistakes, we like to put most of the blame on someone or something else. However, as Dave states elegantly in this talk, "the common denominator in all of our mistakes, is that we were there to make them."
