Thomas Edward Lawrence, más conocido como Lawrence de Arabia (Tremadoc, Gales, 16 de agosto de 1888-Bovington Camp, Dorset, Inglaterra; 19 de mayo de 1935), fue un arqueólogo y escritor británico, oficial del Ejército Británico durante la Primera Guerra Mundial, en la que jugó un notable papel como enlace durante la rebelión árabe contra el dominio otomano.
