Heinrich Luitpold Himmler (Múnich, Imperio Alemán; 7 de octubre de 1900-Luneburgo, Baja Sajonia, Alemania ocupada; 23 de mayo de 1945) fue el comandante en jefe (Reichsführer-SS) de las Schutzstaffel (SS) y más tarde ministro del Interior y fugazmente comandante de los ejércitos del Vístula durante el sitio de Berlín.
Gestionó la orden de la matanza metódica y sistemática de millones de judíos, polacos, católicos, gitanos, homosexuales, comunistas, testigos de Jehová, enfermos mentales, entre otros, muchos de los cuales fueron usados en experimentos.
