A discussion with RE Matt Fender about a lot of things PCA, many of which center on the concept of "Review and Control." Matt served on the Overtures Committee, the Committee on Constitutional Business, and the Review of Presbytery Records Committee for this past GA. Last year he was the presenter of the O15 Minority Report which sent the Overture to the presbyteries.

The PCA GA Pre-Assembly Work has begun. This episode is the talk that Stated Clerk Bryan Chapell gave to the Commissioners (Voters) at the General Assembly who are serving on the various Committee of Commissioners (CoC). The purpose of the talk is to explain the role and functions of the CoCs and the Commissioners on them. Pastor George intros and concludes the talk with Commentary.
