GoVols247's Patrick Brown and Ryan Callahan recap a busy and successful National Signing Day for Tennessee, which signed its highest-ranked class under Josh Heupel.Wednesday saw the Vols pull off FOUR flips. But one of those looks shaky at beast. We have the latest on where things stand with four-star athlete Legend Bey, who flipped from Ohio State back to Tennessee, but still wants to play for the Buckeyes.We break down the other flips: Top-100 edge Carter Gooden, four-star edge Jordan Carter and three-star D-lineman JJ Finch.
