Federal employees have until Nov. 16 to apply for funding on new tech ideas as part of a new investment round with GSA's 10x. Administrator Robin Carnahan has had a prominent career in public service, one that has honed in on modernized technology and digital services to improve how government delivers. Early in her legal career, Carnahan worked to automate manual processes and overhaul citizen-facing services online. The former secretary of state of Missouri and GSA alumna discusses equitable and efficient technology efforts and how public servants can have skin in the game to get there.
