Austria, 1759: The vagabond adventurers Dagobert Nickolbach and Ludwig Vormelker are hired by Baron Von Bung to slay what the villagers of Wolfsburg call The Beast, an unknown figure blamed for the disappearance of a young girl every 130 years. When a strange symbol is discovered painted on the outside of a girl’s house, the hirelings uncover the culprit and devise a trap for The Beast.
