Jo shares her story about what it was like to lose her mum suddenly to a heart attack, on the exact same day she found out she was pregnant with her first born. Now a mother to three children, Jo sheds light on how she connects with her mum spiritually, and keeps her mum’s memory alive for her children.
We talk about asking for signs, the power of meditation to connect with those who have passed...and why you should always be specific when you manifest!
