Doug shares an update from Kansas City where a one-man protest took place at a city council meeting where he compared the mandates with Nazi Germany. Comparisons to the Holocaust over vax mandates is damaging and minimizes to so many people. President Biden is asking the Federal Trade Commission to investigate illegal conduct of gas and oil companies because of rising prices. Speaking of rising prices, retail sales went up 1.7% which is the fastest it’s ever been. New York City wants to get back to some normalcy with New Year’s Eve celebrations in Times Square, with the help of required proof of vaccination and a photo I.D. The fatal shooting on the set of the now canned “Rust” film has spurred another lawsuit, this one coming from the Script Supervisor who has hired Gloria Allred as her representation.
