On today’s episode of Diet Starts Tomorrow, Remy and Emily interview comedian and host of Betches’ “Call Waiting” podcast, Robyn Schall. Robyn went viral in 2020 when she posted a video of herself reviewing her resolutions from the beginning of the year (which, of course, did not go as planned in the darkest comedy of ways). Roybn shares her refreshing perspective that she doesn’t view weight as a good or bad thing, and we learn how her parents instilled body confidence in her from a young age due to having worn leg braces. Later, Robyn explains what eventually led her to lose a significant amount of weight and become a personal trainer.
