Very special guest Tracey Carnazzo—a pal of Remy and Emily’s and of course, a pal of DST—joins for today’s episode to talk about her lived experiences in a plus size body. Tracey shares her background as a comedian, before unpacking her personal body journ’. From being put on WeightWatchers at 12 years old to her struggles with high cholesterol, Tracey was always taught that her worth is her weight (unfortunately, too relatable). Tracey tells Remy and Emily some *wild* experiences she has had with doctors (re: only being offered diet pills or weight loss surgery), before sharing her refreshing experience working with a weight neutral coach. They wrap up talking about body image, dating, and of course, the apps.
