GOLF TODAY LOOKS TO 'TOMORROW!' | JAN. 08

The game is moving forward! Last night Rex Hoggard was at the debut of the Tomorrow Golf League, also called TGL. He comes on the show with Ryan Lavner to discuss his first impressions of the upstart simulator golf league. Over in Hawaii, Hideki Matsuyama goes for two wins in a row. Todd Lewis checks in on the 2022 winner of the Sony Open at Hawaii, while also giving us a first look at some PGA TOUR rookies who have turned up to make the first start on their newly-earned cards. Our own Brad Faxon went wire-to-wire to win at Hualalai in 2001! The 8-time PGA TOUR winner joins us for a "Past Champions Chat" to look back at his dominant performance. Grayson Murray tragically took his own life only a few short months after winning the event last season, but his family and friends have teamed up to make sure his legacy lives on through a foundation bearing his name. Jeff Maness, president of the Grayson Murray Foundation, stops by the show to discuss the formation of that organization and what it will do to champion mental health awareness. Jeff Maness 37:00
