Jesus’ View of the Scriptures, part 2—on the New Testament
In this main session, we’ll explore what Jesus had to say about his authority being delegated to his Apostles so that they would be accurate witnesses of the things they saw and heard. Jesus made numerous promises to his Apostles about how they would be supplied with the Holy Spirit to teach and remind them of what he had said. The Spirit would guide the Apostles by declaring truths that glorify Jesus. Come ready to learn how Jesus intends for his church to be governed by the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments under the authority delegated by Jesus to his Apostles and the Elders who would follow.
