We don't need facts to create thoughts and feelings...

Often when we feel overwhelmed in life, it has a lot to do with what we are making "true" and a "fact" in our lives.  While feeling and thoughts can feel true, they're usually not at all.

Overwhelm can indicate that we haven't been consistent with consecrating ourselves or disconnecting.

With healthy space in our lives to reflect, process, examine, explore, create and be...we begin to see things differently and change not only our thoughts and feelings but the "facts."
