God Wants To Talk To You

Today we hear from a couple chapters in the Book of Matthew where Jesus tells the disciples that they will be hated and persecuted because of him. Then we go over the factual or believed way that each of them died and Michael asks you, What have you done to stand up for your faith?

Today we start with Romans Chapter 8. Then ask you to answer the question. If Jesus lives within you, when was the last time you let him come out?

Today we jump around the bible and fine some stories of people who were persistent in their prayer and through their faith eventually found their prayers answered.

Todays we talk about the story of Lazarus from John Chapter 11.

Today we talk about John 3:16 maybe the most powerful breakdown of the new testament in just one paragraph of the Book Of John Chapter 3. It lets us know how much God Loves us and why he sent Jesus to SAVE us.

Today we touch on the Book of Ezekiel and then get in to another simple yet very difficult lesson from Jesus in Matthew Chapter 5.

Today we hear the words of Jesus as he tells the Jewish Leaders under what authority he is working under and who exactly it is that gives testimony for him. It's all in John Chapter 5.

Today we study the book of Jude and talk about having mercy. We also talk about the feast of Divine Mercy. Then our task for this week is to show mercy to someone who needs our mercy as we are given mercy by our Lord Jesus.

Good Friday Edition of God Wants To Talk To You. Today we talk about the crucifixion and death of Jesus as told in Matthew Chapter 27. What Happened to Judas? How was Jesus tortured and killed ? What happened after he died on the cross. The Similarities between the crucifixion and Psalm 22.

Today for Holy Week we read ALL of Mark Chapter 14 and most of Mark Chapter 15 as we listen to the story of Jesus going from the last super to the being arrested. All of his disciples abandon him and he is sentenced to be crucified by Pilate.

Today we kick off Holy week with Jesus heading in to Jerusalem and the symbolism of him riding on a colt. We will go back and fourth between the books of Matthew and Luke. It's 15 min of Bible talk as we get in to the Easter week.
