God Wants To Talk To You

After a strange Night where Michael felt under spiritual attack, We decided it was a great time to another show. Today we read from many different places in the New Testament about using your gifts to serve the lord and how your gift no matter how small you think it is, is a wonderful gift to God when you use it to serve him.

Today we read from Psalm 1a8 about Giving Thanks and from 2 Corinthians Chapter 9 about being generous and giving thanks as we approach the Thanksgiving Holiday in America this week.

Today we read from Chapter 14 of the Book of Romans Vs 10-22. We talk about getting along with others and not causing them to stumble on their path with Jesus. We also ask the question when you hear a message from the Bible or the Pulpit do you immediately think of other people that need the correction or do you think of yourself? Then we close with a Christian Rock song written by Michael called surrender

Today we talk about how in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke both give a genealogy of Jesus and they are different. How can they be accurate. We go through the arguments of the skeptics and Michael does his best to explain how both are accurate and hold up to scrutiny.

Today we go over the book of Jonah and see how people who are lost in sin and a terrible ungodly life can repent and come back to God. We also see how God uses the most unlikely unwilling people to get his message out there..

Today we read from Ezekiel 47 about the the Vision he had of the River flowing from the Temple. When we break it down we see that Jesus is that living water flowing from the temple ( Church) It' is backed up in many of the New Testament writings about living water.

Today we talk to "New Believers" people that are just starting their faith journey. We go over a letter from St. Paul to the Corinthians that Welcomes new believers and gives them a good guide to understand their new found faith and how to proceed with it. from Chapter 5 of 2 Corinthians.

Today we talk about keeping our faith in God when things seem absolutely impossible. We read about a story in 1st Samuel Chapter 30 where David returns home with his men only to find that ALL of their love4d ones had been raided and carrie4d off by their enemy and everything else was burned. David did what we should do. Prayed to God and asked him what to do. We also have other examples of people in the BIBLE facing insurmountable odds but coming out victorious through faith and trust in God.

Today we talk about the thought of Halloween being a PAGAN Holiday that no good Christian should celebrate....Or is it. Then we talk about All Saints Day, All Souls Day and the do some reading from Jon, Romans and 1st Corinthians that talk about our death and resurrection. Also why we should pray for those we love who have died.

Today we read from 2nd Timothy Chapter 4 and hear what direction St. Paul gave to him about how to continue on his ministry. He also reflects on his own life after his conversion and gives us amazing encouragement on how to "Finish the Race"

The Holy Spirit is part of the Holy Trinity and is the most difficult to understand, So today we go over new and Old Testament scripture and discuss the Holy Spirit and how his role with us human changed after The ascension of Jesus ( also known as Pentecost)

Today we read from John Chapter 5 where Jesus is trying to explain who all testifies to who he is. Spoiler alert he told them, he showed them, then explained how even Moses told them who he was in Deuteronomy and they still did not believe.

Today Michael comes off of a Pastors Summit where he is inspired to go over some of the controversial ( By Modern Times) Verses in the Bible and the controversy start with the the first page of the first book, Genesis. Then we follow up with some Good News after we break down Genesis Chapter 1 and 2 and how Adam and Eve messed it up for everyone, which is also exactly what any of us would have done too.

Today we read from Luke 17 about Jesus healing 10 men with Leprosy. Then we make the comparison to all of us having Leprosy and how our faith in Jesus is the only things than can heal us. Also how about some gratitude when we are healed?

First we talk about the Book of Acts and Phillip and the Ethiopian. Then we go back 700 years to the Old Testament Book of Isaiah and Chapter 53. that The Ethiopian was reading when Phillip converted and baptized him. Please read Isaiah 53 and see if you are also convinced that he is writing about Jesus..

Today we read from Luke Chapter 3 and talk all about John the Baptist, First prophet in 400 years, the cousin of Jesus and not the typical man you would think of as a Prophet. His ministry still rings true today. Be Good and Generous to those less fortunate, get baptized and repent of your sins.

Today we read from Luke Chapter 1 and the story of the Virgin Mary who was approached by the Angel Gabriel and asked to be the Mother of Jesus. Spoiler alert she said Yes. We then go through many great men in the Bible that said NO, when they were asked by God to do stuff. Also a little history on the rosary for non Catholics and some back story on how we venerate her.

Today we talk about Luke 16 and the Parable told by Jesus of the Rich Man and Lazarus.

Today we have a few different readings about overcoming Evil, Then We go to the Gospel of Mark 8:36 where Jesus tells us to beware of worldly gains at the expense of our soul. Then Michael testify's to the evils of succeeding in a cut throat world for him and how if not by the Grace of God he would be lost.

Today we read The Beatitudes from Matthew Chapter 5 and break them down one by one.

Today we read from Romans Chapter 8 and celebrate that Good News that we are truly saved if Jesus is in us, despite our sinful nature.

Today we read about Moses and The Bronze Snake from Numbers 21 v4-9 and talk about how it pointed to Jesus as told by him through the Deciple John in John 3 v 13-16.

Vengeance, is the topic of today's Podcast. We read from the Old Testament and New about what we should do when we have been wronged. We talk about Charlie Kirk and pray for him and everyone affected by his murder.

Today we talk about Psalm 118 and focus on one passage. "This is a Day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it."

Today we Read from Matthew Chapter 18 about what it will be like for anyone who leads a child of his astray. Also a solid confirmation about Guardian Angels from Jesus himself.

for the first time ever we do not study scripture today. Michael attempts to explain as a practicing Catholic the prayers to the Virgin Mary. Is she being worshipped?

Today we Read from Proverbs Chapter which is about wisdom and was written by King Solomon about 1,000 years before Jesus. However is sure sounds like he is talking to Jesus.

A lot of people who probably consider themselves christian are not acting right today. A lot of people responing to the people are not acting like Christians either. Today we get a reminder from Jesus in Matthew Chapter 5 that we are supposed to be the light on the Hill and the Salt of the Earth.

Today we talk about some fulfillment of the scripture, with Jesus being Prophesized about more than 500 years before his birth as a human.
