Today's episode is very personal for me. I almost didn't share it, but because it made me uncomfortable, I knew it was a growth opportunity. I also knew that if this message helped even ONE woman, it's worth sharing.
At 21, I got breast implants...for all the wrong reasons. This is my journey from insecure and self-conscious to empowered and fiercely loved...even by me. I explain why I'm removing them now and how getting them has affected me over the past decade. Health implications of having implants and how to love ourselves just as we were created.
