She introduced me to a concept called Motivational Interviewing and Reflection. Basically, a skill set we can use as podcasters, online business owners, moms, wives, and friends to help our clients and loved ones feel seen, heard, and validated.
This modality for communication also allows us to find solutions easier by actually (wait for it)...LISTENING. Haha! I'm so here for this.
