Is there more than one heaven? What difference does it make anyway? The "first" heaven is the visible heaven, with sun, moon and stars - the immediate atmosphere surrounding the earth. The "third" heaven is God's dwelling place. Then we are exposed to Satan's temporary headquarters in the mid-heaven's.
