Excerpt of a 10 hour set by Auva Duhr (Former Saint Maurice) during the festival 48 Stunden Neukölln in Berlin. Every year SPAR*K would wipe their office floor and turn the place into a little club/gallery, with performance artists, and by building some art / architectural piece, combined with a bar and a dj. Some years there were a thousand balloons, other years a light sculpture filled the space, another year visitors could take a bath full of balls (see image), another year a cool futuristic wooden structure was build. It was always great to play for the SPAR*K crew, mostly from late afternoon untill next morning, seeing so many festival visitors hopping in for a look, a talk, a drink or a dance. I would play house classics, deep house, electro, acid, minimal, techno, disco, italo, ambient, basically everything was possible. Good times and 'richtige Flugbedigungen'. [...]The party in our apartment was already going on for more than 48 hours, it was the third day, the sun was rising. Sololust treated us with a live performance. One man, one mic, one machine. During his set, the room became quiet, this performance had something pure, genuine, with high emotional content taken out of real life.[..] Sololust moves playful from daily emotions like pain and doubt to love and laugther. Also in style of dance music he offers a wide range, his sets are a hybrid of house, techno, wave, electro, pop and synth electronica. For this episode Sololust has put together a special selection of his work. This is Glory [Berlin} #76 [All music by] Sololust. Enjoy ! More than a decade ago I met Sololust, during the RadioResistencia shows recordings in Utrecht, Netherlands. The label Enfant-Terrible released his songs in the following years on 7 inches, compilation LP's and on a Gooiland Elektro EP, which I still love playing today. Check out Enfant-Terrible.nl or other labels such as Etch Wear, Seja and 4MG records on discogs for vinyl. https://soundcloud.com/sololust https://www.enfant-terrible.nl/releases/ https://www.discogs.com/artist/1781684-Sololust
